Sipsmith was first founded in 2009 by childhood friends Fairfax and Sam who have always believed that everything should be well made and to a high quality, the way it used to be. So they set out on their journey to make a Gin which went back to the routes of London Dry Gin.

They opened the first Traditional Copper distillery in London, the likes of which hadn't been seen since 1820! Their mission was to set up and make a Gin which had no compromises and was hand made to the best of their ability, and they did just that! They ensure that all batches are small batches and produced by hand with no timings or cut offs and passion  goes into to every bottle!
