The Tequilas are made in a micro distillery in the town of Arandas which is located in the highlands of Jalisco. The Agave used for the Tequilas can bbe found high in the mountains where it gains all of its nutrients and moisture, and because of this produces a higher yield than anywhere else in Jalisco.
