The Founder and Owner Adam Elmegirab first made his mark in the Cocktail world in 2009 when he release his Bokers Bitters which to many was a lost art, however after 18 months of research Adam did not give up and finally re-created a 19th Century drink. 

Adam was able to re-create this bitter through extensive research along with his vast knowledge of the industry having worked within Bars and Events for years. This also enabled him to create a vast range of different Bitters and is continuously expanding this exquisite selection.
