This expression from the Isle of Jura is set to replace the 16 year aged Whisky and is aged for a minimum of 18 years and is aged in American White Oak ex-bourbon Barrels and is then finished off in Premier Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux barrels. This allows a more fruiter Whisky to be produced with notes of Cherries and Milk Chocolate covered Raisins!
