The Rebel Yell team have done it again, and for this particular expressions they take their original recipe Bourbon and age this for a minimum of 6 months inside French Oak Barrels.
This is produced using their Mash Bill which is a combination of 68% Corn, 20% Wheat and 12% Malted Barley which is then aged in French Oak Barrels previously holding Wine.
From this maturation process the Barrels impart a Cherry and Cinnamon undertone with notes of Toasted Oak, Nuts and Vanilla which is finished off with a Sweet Toffee that lingers on the taste buds.
