This rather special release from the Montelobos team comes in the form of their Pechuga Mezcal which takes Espadin Agave and Turkey Breast!
Before the final distillation is complete they hang the Turkey breast along with a host of Fruits and Spices to impart a whole new flavour profile to the Mezcal.
Roasted Agave and Spicy Pepper kick things off before Sweeter Chocolate notes develop all whilst a Smoke undertone runs throughout.
