As with the other expressions in the range this release from the William Hinton team uses the Sugar Cane from the Island of Madeira, which has been specially selected and subject to a strict fermentation process.
On the nose, this 9-month old rum gives a slight almond or marzipan note with a hint of plantain and hay.
In the mouth, notes of Oak with a dry finish that doesn’t linger on the taste buds.
