This exciting little tipple is brought to us by Diablesse in Manchester and is produced using Demerara Rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana.
They use Molasses for the production and have both a Pot and Column still distillation process which is infused with natural Clementine and a combination of other spices.
The result is a Juicy Spiced Rum with notes of Zesty Citrus Clementine infused with notes of Vanilla and Toffee with and undertone of Sweet Brown Sugar.
