For this exciting litle release from the Matusalem team, they Cahrcoal filter their Rum and mature inside a Solera System before finishing off the Maturation inside ex Temperanillo Wine casks.
The Wine cask maturation adds a Spicy notes to the Rum which is balanced out from the Tropical Fruits which are brought to the table from said Rum with Pineapple leading the way before Oak and Spice finish off.... limited to only 8,000 bottles within the release!
