From the Fonseca team comes their Tawny port which is aged inside Small Wooden Casks for a minimum of 3 years, and as the Port ages it begins to lost it's Ruby colour and develops into a more Brownish Hue.
After the Three Years the Wines are blended together a few months before bottling to allow for the Wines to harmonise together.
Plenty of Jammy notes at the forefront of this before a hint of Apricot and Plum comes through with a slight Acidic feel left in the mouth on the finish.
