This new release from the Copperhead team sees a collaboration between them and none other than Mirian Beke who is the renowned bartender of the Islington Bar, The Gibson!

Its name is taken from the bar and sees the base created by the Copperhead team, which Inlcudes 5 botanicals: Juniper Coriander Seed, Cardamom, Angelica and Orange Peel. It is then given over to Beke who adds his own infusion of 14 different Botanicals and including an 8 year Jenever to sweeten!

This is then Bottled at 40% and designed to help make any cocktail really have that extra style and flavour! It holds exciting Fennel and Cardamom flavours to begin which is shortly followed by a Spicy Juniper and Coriander infusion and is finished off with a Sweet Fizzy Orange!
