Looking for a Gin which has wonderful flavours and is carbon negative? Well look no further, the Arbikie distillery in Scotland have created both a Gin and Vodka which have just that.

This release is produced using Peas which don't require synthetic fertiliser whilst also helping to improve soil quality through offsetting synthetic fertiliser of other crops whilst growing.

Amongst the Peas that are used the Arbikie team add in the likes of Lemongrass and Citrus Leaf which add in plenty of Citrus notes with Tangy Lime and undertones of Juniper throughout.
