Bonac Gin is brought to us all the way from.... Wicklow, Ireland! It is produced by a father and son duo of Michael and Gavin Clifford who took 24 attempts before settling on the final recipe which is used in every bottle, which if you didn't guess is where the name comes from.
This Gin features the classic botanicals such as Juniper (obviously) and Coriander along with some more unusual ones like Pear, Spearmint and Cacao, and many others. Which by all accounts looks to be a very exciting range of botanicals!
The resulting flavour is a Gin with a Juicy Fruit body with notes of Pears, Apples and Lemon along with a Juniper and Earthy Herb undertone coming through which is finished off which just a touch of Coriander.
