Trevethan Honey Oak Gin 70cl
This release from the Trevethan Team is made using a steeping method as opposed to a Barrel Aging process.
They do this by taking Oak and soaking this in Honey before being infused in the Gin for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks!
The outcome is a fantastic Honey Sweet Gin with notes of Juniper running throughout and a veins of Oak Wood coming through.
