This release from the Boutique-y Gin Company is focused on the somewhat controversial Finger Limes (those that come from Australia to be precise).

The Controversy comes from whether or not Finger Limes should be classified as a Citrus Fruit or not with even some research going to molecular level.

We're not so sure on where they come in ourselves, but what we do know is they make for a pretty darn tasty Gin!

Plenty of Limey notes come through with Sweet Sugar undertones to mellow out the Tartiness followed by a Pinch of Pink Grapefruit and bursts of Vanilla.
