The sugar cane for this rum is grown and picked from the volcanic soil located on the coast and is crushed to allow the rum to gain a smoother, more refreshing taste.
A spicy nutmeg flavour explosion with notes of cocoa and pepper throughout with a long sweet finish.
It's great on it's ow as a sipping rum or with a mixer!
