From the Plantation team comes their limited edition release which has been aged for a minimum of 11 years inside Bourbon casks before it's treated to a final year inside 350L Ferrand casks.
A light and refreshing little tipple with notes of Pastries and Caramel on the fore before a heavier body develops with Darker Oil like notes and hints of Fresh Fruit on the undertone.
