This exciting release from the Macallan team was first release in 2019, and for this little treat they have used Spirit which is made using their own Barely from their Easter Elchies Estate.

This Barley is grown on the Banks of the River Spey and is only distilled one week per year, which gives room for a much Crisper and Refreshing flavour profile.

The result is a Whisky full of Warming Spices, notes of Oaky Wood infused with Dried Fruits which develops on to a Citrus and Marmalade Burst before a Smooth and Creamy finish.
