Larsen Aqua Ignis VS Cognac 70cl
This intriguing little release from the Larsen team is produced using French Oak Barrels which have been dipped into water before toasting over an open fire three times!
For those that don't speak Latin (don't worry, we don't either) the name Aqua Ignis translates to Water and Fire, rather fitting!
Toasted Woody notes coming through with just a touch of Charred Oak before Sweeter Vanilla develops infused with Mocha and a Touch of Citrus Orange on the undertone.
