Jefferson's The Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail 75cl
This release from the Jefferson's team is made in conjunction with the editors of Esquire magazine and for this they take 6 year old Jefferson's Kentucky Bourbon and infuse it with a combination of Sweet and Dry Vermouth, and Barrel Aged Spicy Cherry Bitters.
The resulting flavours are notes of Sweet Vanilla alongside a Smoky undertone from the Barrels and heaps of Cherry Spice and Sweetness and veins of of Dark Vermouth with a Caramel like finish.
