Isle of Raasay Gin 70cl
The first release from the Isle of Raasay distillery comes in the form of their appropriately named Isle of Raasay Gin, not only this but it is the first legally distilled spirit from said Island!
Using a combination of 10 Botanicals with local Raasay Juniper and Raasay Triple Distilled Spirit it creates a Juniper forward tipple which has undertones of Rhubarb throughout and hints of Tarty Citrus coming through with more Juniper on the finish.
