A few hours of contact with coloured grape skins give this French rosé a delicate peachy pink colour. A complex bouquet of citrus and passion fruit notes.
Well balanced on the palate with subtle herbaceous hints followed by a long and refreshing finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany raw fish, sushi, shellfish or white cheeses, such as Comté.
