First distilled in 2016 from the Filey Bay team comes their STR finish Whisky which has spent years maturing inside Bourbon Casks before it is transferred into Shaved, Toasted and re-charred Red Wine Barriques from Rioja, Spain.
A Light and Floral forward tipple with plenty of Juicy Summer Berry notes in the body alongside undertones of Vanilla Cream and Charred Oak.
