Fanny Fougerat Iris Poivre XO Cognac 70cl
This release from the Fanny Fougerat team is made using Cognac which by other Cognac houses would be used for a Blended Cognac, however the Fanny Fougerat team had other ideas. They take this and blend it together to create their XO expression which is made with 100% Ugni Blacn Grapes and rested in Limousin Casks. The result is a Cognac which has Soft Pear notes running throughout with hints of Peaches, Raisins and Almonds.
