Derrumbes Oaxaca Mezcal Tequila 70cl
Derrumbes Oaxaca is perfect example of a mezcal from the Central Valley of Oaxaca. The agave is cooked underground in a stone pit using black oak which gives it a light smokiness. Then it is rested for up to three months in large glass bottles.
