Conker Spirit Port Barrel Gin 70cl
This release from the Dorset Spirit Company (Conker) is their Port Barrel edition which tries to encapsulate the flavours of Portugal into a bottle!
To create this Gin they take their original recipe Gin with some added botanicals and rest this in Port Barrels which enables a Fruity and Warming Oak Spice flavour to be added to the Gin.
This produces a Gin with lots of Jammy Fruity flavours with notes of Juicy Strawberries and an underlying Juniper throughout.
