Cihuatan Cinabrio 12 Year Old Rum 70cl
The Cihuatan Rums take much of their inspiration from the Mayan culture and this release comes from El Savador and is aged for a minimum of 12 years inside American Oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Dark Plums at the forefront alongside hints of both Pistachio and Toasted Oak before a more subtle Orange Peel develops on the finish.
