Brooklyn Gin 70cl
With everything still done by hand - even the cracking of the juniper. This small batch gin, with a yield of 300 bottles, is distilled in one Christian Carl copper Pot Still.
The use of hand cut citrus fruit releases essential oils into the juniper berries which results in a more vibrant gin than others.
Good enough to be drank on its own. A fact the founders Emil Jattne and Joe Santos are very proud of.
