Blue Monkey Salted Caramel Gin 70cl
If someone mentions Blue Monkey you probably initially think of the pub brand, and you would be right in thinking of this as they are also the people that bring us their wonderful range of Gins!
This expression focuses on the ever popular flavours of Salted Caramel, at to achieve this they take Creamy Caramel and just a Pinch of Sea Salt and infuse into their Classic London Dry Gin recipe.
The result is a Gin which is a Caramel like colour which reflects in the taste, this has notes of Sweet Creamy Caramel that is mellow out by the Sea Salt and just a note of Juniper within.
