This is a classic Old Tom Gin brought to us by That Boutique-y Gin Company but rather than sweetened with Sugar this particular version uses Canadian Icewine which creates a whole new flavour profile to the Gin!
Icewine is made by using Frozen Grapes which allows a more concentrated flavour!
Batch 1 contains just under 300 bottles! Honey Sweet start with a Lime and Marmalade body!
