From the Smooth Ambler team in West Virginia comes their Contradiction Bourbon which is produced using a combination of Old Rye-Heavy Bourbon and Younger Wheated Bourbon.
At the forefront is a Soft and Mellow Honey Sweetness which develops some Chocolatey notes before a good helping of Spicy Warmth opens up to an Oaky finish.
