Havana Club has been the Rum of Cuba and represented it since the early 1970's. They created their logo to represent the Sun shining down on the Island to show how the Sun helps to produce a warmer better Rum and the show the true Spirit of Cuba!
The end of the 19th Century was when new technologies were brought in and the Rum producers were the first to start utilising this, along with their creativity they brought in the Column Stills and started making Rums which were lighter and cooler and in turn suited better for cocktails and sipping!
Along came the prohibition and Americans were flooding into Cuba to have their Rum and at the front of it all was Havana Club! The rest is history and here they are producing their Rums for the rest of the world to enjoy just as many have for years!
