Eden Mill was started as a dream of reviving the lost art that was once very prominent in St. Andrews, Distilling Spirit and Brewing Beer. When they started they became Scotland's first Single-Site Distillery and Brewery, where they made Beer, Gin and Whisky with much of it being produced in their Copper Pot Stills. 

They produce much of their products using locally sourced Botanicals and using a variation of both Traditional and Modern methods. St. Andrews is well known for Golf and so they also incorporate this into their Gin and opened their distillery on the River Eden which once hosted a historic distillery, also becoming the first to distill spirits in the region for over 150 years!
