Doorly's rum

Doorly's Rum is produced in the Foursquare distillery by the which is occupies an old sugar factory which dates back to 1636. This is considered to be one of the most efficient and environmentally friendly rum distilleries of rum in the world. 

This distillery is one of the oldest family house distilleries in the world with the family business being open since 1820 and still in the Seale family! However the distillation of Rum did not become as popular in Barbados until 1906 due to the Rum Duty Act!
