Aviation Gin

Aviation Gin first started in 2005 when a bartender named Ryan Magarian was first introduced to 'Summer Gin' by a friend from Portland. Amazed by the flavours of this Gin, Ryan set off for Portland to meet this distiller in the hopes to create a Gin which held classic flavours like that of the Pre-prohibition drinks! 

Once there he met with Christian Krogstad who had founded a craft distillery which he was passionate about. The two collaborated and after working tirelessly they created a Gin which uses 7 botanicals and working together to create a harmonious blend that compliment the other. This creation was of curse Aviation Gin!
